If you don't want to get charged for wrong numbers, send the call to voicemail if you don't want to answer it/recognize the number on caller ID.

Most wrong numbers do not leave messages after they hear that the greeting is not what they were looking for.

Are you that hard pressed for minutes that a couple minutes a month makes that much difference? Time to get a new plan if so.
