It is very unfornuate that someone lost their life in that accident.

However, I am curious (1) was any passenger wearing a seatbelt physically injured, and (2) for the people who just got a good scare, did you get any sort of compensation?

I remember seeing that plane on the news and have worn a seatbelt ever since.
