Yes, it is nice to enjoy this in establishments where one doesn't have to suffer throught the charades of waving hands in front of noses, frowns, etc. And that usually come from women. So, Vive la France!
[Besides the aroma of an MC #3 sure beats the cardboard smell of cigarettes, though I personally prefer the PSD #4
