As promised, I'll update anything noticeable about on-time or late arrival. (I know that individual flights mean nothing)

1st roundtrip (transcon): 45 minutes early one way, 20 minutes early the other.

What was interesting is that the person picking me up found the Jetblue website to be extremely accurate in terms of estimated arrival time (It even shows a plane graphic similar to the in-flight map). I expected to wait around for at least half an hour, but they knew right when to meet the plane. Nice.
