Can I use the availability tool (or ExpertFlyer) to check availability for the seats on independence air to fly using the Glide pass for students?

Does anyone know the fare code?

It seems like a good deal but comments on this board suggest avaiability would be hard to find.

Also, is stand-by allowed with the pass?
