What are the alternatives to FB from NCL?

I have been PE with FD for 4/5 years now, hitting up to 100,000 miles a year over which time I have hardly travelled on any other airline. I am finding the FB program unrecognisable with respect to the benefits I previously enjoyed with FD and have just had the realisation that I should be looking elsewhere to spend my money.

Living in NCL, I have always found KLM to have convenient schedules (apart from that dreaded 6am flight to AMS ) for the long haul routes I travel - mainly the US and India. Although I'm not happy about the reduction from 100% to a 50% bonus for business class fares, or the reduction from 125% to a 100% bonus for PEs, I can live with it. What I really don't like is the inability to upgrade from any fare. Having travelled between 75,000 to 100,000 miles a year every year for the last 4/5 years, the ability to upgrade any fare as an important benefit.

I had fully intended to ensure that I would qualify as PE for 10 consecutive years but am resigned to the fact that there is no point. So, my question is, which airline to go with?
