I fully applaud this but wodner why it is not applied in J and F as well. On a recent overnight flight back from JFK the pax in front of me (upper deck) - a solo 20 something woman - was plainly settling down for same heavy wine consumption and managed to outperform anything I have previously seen on a plane. She managed to nark half the upper deck by throwing all her window blinds up at the first sign of light, flooding the cabin with light about 4 hours into the flight. By that stage she was plainly well gone but was served with two more glasses of wine at breakfast, during the course of which she managed to up-end here muesli all over the floor and surrounding cabin space.

I know it ss more difficult to deal with premium pax, but this should not have been allowed.
