There have been posters up in bus shelters and on the tube for about 2 weeks now announcing that services start in December but they had no date on!
What pleases me most is that the DLR were thinking of putting automatic gates at LCY so they could enforce a LCY airport supplement on top of the base fare. This has now been shelved so you will be able to access LCY on a normal travelcard ^
