Two questions:
1 Does anybody know what the Stratosphere hotel is like for lunch? I've heard it's quite cheap with a good view.

2 Where can I go for a cheap breakfast on the strip? I'm staying at the Venetian. I just need something basic and don't want a buffet.

I wouldn't also mind asking what your personal opinions are for the best evening buffet are? I've heard that the Bellagio is worth it.
