You can make that argument about anything. when I was looking for a new car last fall, I encountered salespeople who wanted to sell me what THEY wanted me to buy, and then I encountered salespeople who wanted to sell me what I wanted to buy. Guess where I bought the car? You are right, cruising isn't for everyone. If the TA doesn't listen to you and try to meet YOUR needs, then find another TA. Plain and simple.
