Well, my thought is... if by cutting the commissions to the TA's, and we end up paying a commission out of our pockets to those TA's, that alone will be an "incentive" for the budget minded to use continental.com. This being said, I see the 1000 miles bonus ending soon, as the incentive to use continental.com will not be the 1000 miles, but the $$s saved.
