Come to think of it.....

Do any other airlines have an agent working full-time to marshall people over to the e-ticket machine?? I first ran into this a while ago at McAllen TX-- mind you, there's only 1 737 every few hours, yet I guess the counter agents didn't want to be bothered as much. Or, maybe it really was a directive from Houston.

Duxfax, with due respect to your TA and other TAs out there, I don't appreciate that perspective about crises paying more commission because, as a customer, I don't enjoy being convinced by TAs that a cruise will be the best vacation of my life. Cruising isn't for everyone--- but yes, this situation is a hard one for all: TAs and travelers.
