NWA has excellent frontline employees.

Since there are high fuel costs creating huge loses and ongoing labor negotiations with federal mediators (NWA Mechanics and FA negotiations) there is plenty of negative news being reported/announced every few days.

Even with the negative reporting the quality of the NWA frontline employees has been excellent.

NWA has been through strained labor negotiation many times in the past, the frontline employees are very resilient.
