Am new to this forum, found it when I was doing a search in google, looking to understand my Qantas FF points and how to get the most out of them. Am particularly cheesed off by the 2,500 points penalty incurred when you have to ask for help...and since booking awards flights isn't always straightforward, it seems inevitable that you will be 'fined' for lack of knowledge!

Sorry, that's my rant for the moment! The real purpose of the post was to ask if anyone has used Redeem2go...
