My recent experience was good but I don like the new seats, you really do slide down them. I was tempted to ask the pilot to try and pull the nose up about 10 degrees to keep me level. The staff are great and really do a good job without being in your face. A friend of mine was in economy and he said they were really superb as well but he did have 3 seats to himself and slept like a baby.
