my experience is that Air China business seats are worse than UA domestic F.

I used 90k UA miles for a business class ticket on Air China to CAN last December (it's not available on UA). on my return flight CAN-PEK was delayed and they put me on UA PEK-ORD, which is much much better than my SFO-PEK on Air China.
