The loads are lighter on ORD-BRU so more chance of an empty J cabin. Airports are roughly comparable but FRA has brutal security lines for the US bound flights -- you have never seen such long lines, it must take 3 hours for Y to clear security, and it can take over an hour for J. I'd suggest avoiding FRA if you have a choice though FRA has a nice AC (outside of security).
