I spent 2 nights there last summer. On arrival, I was told I was the "guest of the Day". I'm assuming it was the PLT upgrade. They gave me a little gold Sheraton pin (same one the front desk wears), reserved self parking space right next to the front door and an upgrade to the governor's suite (I guess Arnold was out of town that week lol). It was one of the nicest upgrades I've ever gotten.
About 15 minutes after we got into the room, there was a knock at the door. The manager had sent up some chocolates, fruit, cookies and water to welcome us. The experience was so nice I'll never stay there again so I'm not disappointed.
