The cold plate is one of my favorite CO offerings, though I think I've only had it on PHX-EWR red-eyes, when I'm generally not very hungry. I've not had it with the ham, but I do appreciate the chicken and shrimp variety.

Keeping with the abbreviations, perhaps "the cold plate" could be TCP. Oh wait.
