I'm glad to see upgrade report on MAF. I was there maybe 2 years ago on the concierge floor (on a fairly vacant night) and it was a dingy, shabby place. Cracked marble in the bathroom, rusted sink, and smoky hallways. I do remember their breakfast buffet was amazingly good after such a disappointing night.
