They are currently testing this one.... and I can say from experience that it was nice to be able to e-mail someone when I was in Paris that my rate at the GH Taipei went down and could they change the rate on a very convoluted reservation... they did, which was fantastic... now how i got treated while at the GH Taipei... well thats another story....
