If I am not mistaken cash is not considered a controlled substance and it posed no risk to passengers.
It is obviously stupid to carry lots of cash and you may have a reasonable suspicion that her other activities may no good. But it is not illegal!
At at what point is it considered to be too much cash? 100? 200? 1,000? 47,000?
