I stayed at the same Candlewood Suites hotel in BNA a week a month for 2 years and I liked the fact that all of the staff knew me by name. I always had the room upgrade and type of room I wanted and they would go out of their way to accomodate me if I needed extremely late checkout (like 6pm) or any other special requests. If the staff would have gotten physical (like the punch on the shoulder) I would have felt uncomfortable but it never got to that point.

Unfortunately the boss had an issue once with another guest there that he didnt feel the new management handled well so we left that hotel and now stay at either the Hilton Suites or Homewood Suites where they just aren't nearly as friendly. Oh well...
