Food Orders by Status
I thought I would start a thread to see how many flights the orders are taken by status. I have had mixed service levels myself but it does not seen to be occurring with any regularity.

My last two flights this week.

YYZ-YHZ 614-No service by status.
YHZ-YYZ 169-No service by status but a genuine apology when she discovered I was an SE and would not get a selection for my meal.

How are others finding it
