Thank you all for your suggestions. We ended up taking a cab ($13.00) from Terminal C to Don Pepe's in Newark. The food was fantastic. Had a 5-pound lobster, paella, and plenty of Sangria. I highly recommend the place, both for its food and for its location. Very easy cab ride from EWR.
