THere IS a desk at the airport.Upon exiciting customs, turn LEFT and you will walk along a row of desks/kiosks. The Westin Kiosk is on the LEFT, a good walk down. Identify yourself and they will walk you outside and put you in a taxi and tell the driver where to take you.
