I looked into this a couple of months ago. I couldn't find any online sources of Swiss business availability for AA award travel.

I'd find availability on the STC webpage, but AA did not have the seats available, even though it's the same booking class. ExpertFlyer does not show this (they confirmed in an email). I ended up calling AA frequently. Available inventory often changes.
