Thanks for the replies. I am not trying to double dip at all. I'd like to credit the short hops on CO and NW metal to a different segment-counting program and the longer segments to my primary mileage counting program (CO). If I do it manually through boarding stubs and snail mail, I don't expect a problem. I seem to recall someone doing this on United...different segments credited to different programs...as they flew along.
