Pucci, Thank you for your kind words. It really hackles me when ruddeness takes over from courtesy. I have nothing but praise for the the crews that work on long haul. I have had someone excellent converations and spent many hours on flights receiving excellent service. I even received a bottle of very good wine from First courtesy of the Pursar in W as a gift for being good company . The one individual concerned won't dampen my opinion on BA. I shall take you very valuable advice and write to customer services. The downside from my point was that this i have always had nothing but good things to say about BA to my wife, ( in fact she probaly says i bore here to death, especially since i discovered FTers) who is not a frequent long haul traveller and she realy felt really humiliated.
