Talked to BA Executive Club today. And once again, you are right larll..

You have to have 1200 tier points to get to gold, but when you are there, you only need 800 to requalify.

And they dont do years, they have the same systems as SK: From the day you become a member, you have 12 months to qualify.

They have a status match program, someone will get in touch with me..
