Unless there's an INCREDIBLE deal on the airlines website, I buy my tickets from whoever gives me the lowest price. Strangely, this has often varied between the airlines own sites, Travelocity, American Express (ITN), BizTravel (sad to see them go), etc.

Keep in mind that American Express owns ITN now, and they have ripped so many of us off for so long that one should not feel giulty about getting anything from them. Not sure about that, call their customer service and see what country you are connected to, and what the minimum wage is there. Or, just go read the Amex forum over the last few years.
