General Terms and Conditions of Sale ( extract )

The SkyTeam Europe Pass is only valid for sale outside Europe and in conjunction with a round-trip intercontinental flight on any of the 9 SkyTeam member airlines or with a SkyTeam Round the World ticket .

Reservations / Ticketing
Passengers with SkyTeam Europe Pass coupons must be booked in the following classes for flights inside Europe
AF: Q
AZ: K for international sectors, T for domestic flights in Italy.
KL: Q
OK: L.
The passenger's transcontinental ticket number must be issued on AF/AM/AZ/DL/CO/KE/KL/NW/OK ticket stock only and has to be printed in the endorsement box on the SkyTeam Europe Pass ticket

Fare conditions Local taxes and charges to be added.
Ticket including taxes and charges must be issued manually

# Stopovers / Transfers The SkyTeam Europe Pass requires a minimum purchase of 3 one-way flight coupons for a minimum of 2 stopovers. A stopover is defined as a minimum transit time of 24 hours
# There is no maximum number of coupons or stopovers permitted.
# Passengers may make a stopover in the same city only twice.
# Open jaw permitted.
# All surface travel is at passenger's own expense.
# If there is a change of airline at the time of a transfer or flight connection, an additional flight coupon must be issued.


Routing
# Fares do not apply to the following AF flight numbers:
AF4700 through AF4799, AF4960 through AF4969, AF8000 throughAF8005, AF8011 through AF8025, AF8078 through AF8079,AF8200 through AF8219, AF8230 through AF8459.

# Fares do not apply to the following OK flight numbers:
OK3000 through OK4739, OK4770 through OK4999.

# Fares do not apply to the following KL flight numbers:
KL3000 through KL3999.


Rerouting
# Before departure from point of origin of the intercontinental ticket: voluntary rerouting is permitted subject to a charge of USD 30, provided no change is made to the first coupon and any fare difference is paid in the event of a change of fare.
# After departure: voluntary rerouting is permitted after the first coupon has been used subject to a charge of USD 50 per coupon provided any fare difference is paid in the event of a change of fare.


Date changes
# Before or after departure from point of origin of the intercontinental ticket, no change is permitted to the first flight coupon.
# For all other coupons, rebooking is permitted without penalty provided the ticket is changed prior to the original travel date of the flight coupon concerned. Otherwise, rebooking is permitted on payment of USD 50 change fee.


Refunds in the event of cancellation
# Before departure from point of origin of the intercontinental ticket, full refund less USD 130.
# After departure from point of origin of the intercontinental ticket, no refund permitted.

I suggest to call NWA and find out. Also, I believe NWA has (or at least had about 2-3 years ago) a similar product to Europass, but requires purchasing of 4 flights, each $100.
