The US chart earning 150% EQM for the F fare class has
not been my experience on recent flights. But the documentation I have found corroborates your guide!
For example, an F class US Airways flight earned 100% "actual" miles in my UA mileage summary, and a combined 25% 2P bonus / 50% class-of-service bonus in the "bonus" column. However EQM miles for the year only incremented by the 100% "actual" miles. Am I interpreting this wrongly?
