Think the problem with PIN codes may be due to combining KLM cards and Frequence Plus accounts. (at least that is my experience) Found out I had a "new" frequent flyer number today, after many attempts to log in, and trying the new pin code they sent. Finally got through on the "helpLine" after listening to that annoying tune about baloons for ages, and the assistant noticed thatr I had two accounts!
Seem that when I asked to combine my two accounts my Ivory Air France account became the main account. This did allow me to log in but!!!, Now my status hasd gone from Platinum down to Gold!!! can't win with this new system.
