Ba to and from Joburg will have the flat beds, which is great. In addition i believe all the flights are on 747's, which means you can try to get seats on the top deck which will be nice and private. Out of your three choices Ba wins with no cometition. If you can get seats on ba grab them. Swiss seats are not truely flat. Iberia as of now is not flat bed, dont know if they will be by feb. but even if they are service on iberia and lounges, food just about everything does not compare to ba.
