I am assuming that BOS-LHR is the same, as it is the same time and the same distance (roughly). I flew it last week, and The choices were sourdough french toast with scrabled eggs (yum) or a creamcheese omlet (eew) or a cold chicken salad (breakfast?). Before landing, there was the choice of a chicken feta pizza and something else (guess which I chose). This was in J. There was also a cheese plaate with some grapes on it during the middle of the flight. All in all, not bad for a six hr. flight.
