Does email to gold @ usairways.com get responded to?
Subject says it all. I'm 0 for 2 in responses in 4 weeks time. It obviously isn't that pressing, or I'd call. But still....
On the other hand, I've gotten fast responses from Consumer Affairs when I use the website form.
Just thought I'd ask some of the more experienced folk on here if they've experienced similar response issues using the gold email address.
