I was looking for news on a possible return of Park Hyatt to New York and came upon this thread. Is it really true that it will be on Roosevelt Island? That's a terrible location and very inconvienient to midtown or downtown Manhattan. I'm a big fan of Park Hyatt and hope they find a good location in NY.
