I've been flying SIN-SGN/HAN 4 or 5 times a year for the last few years and I have never heard them make announcements in Vietnamese. There are a few Vietnamese on the flights but only a small percentage. They don't do announcements in Thai for the BKK flights either, or have I just never heard them ?.
