Generally not, subject to the 4/6 segment rules. But if OP was already at the 20-segment ticket max, which precludes using the maximum segments on all continents if you're *ONE4 or higher, he could conceivably "shift" some segments from Europe (e.g., only use 2 there) to NA and use the full 6 there.
