Just checked my balance, and my mobile phone points have now disappeared from my account. 11,000 down on last time I checked
Spoke to Tesco CS, and was informed that 'the IT department has removed the points because they were not authorised'. But 'don't worry, as they will still appear on your August statement'.
So, the IT department is now overuling the Customer Services Manager.
Check your balances boys and girls.
