As for CK, GO! We didn't have the time. Everyone told us that we should have gone there. If you decide to go to Vienna from Prague, CK is on the way.
I also highly recommend Prague and, especially, Cesky Krumlov. You should try to go there if you can. It is well worth the travel time, IMHO. If you go, take a tour of the castle and make sure it includes the Opera House (in the castle) if you can.
