There is still a link on Amex website but it says that the offer is valid till 30/09/04..... Looking at below messages, some people bought it for Xmas (did you get 4xmiles?)

Is there anybody who bought the phones very recently and got the miles anyway? Thanks for advise. I need to buy them and wonder what I will get.
