Can't help you a whole lot, but maybe this will help.. My CO Rewards list does not show any rewards Eur-Oz, but it shows NorAmer-Africa, travel on KLM or Emirates.. Those rewards show NOTHING for BusClass, but curiously, I was able to book KLM on Easypass rewards for 200,000 per. Fine print says "Travel on Emirates excludes Easypass Rewards and Upgrade Rewards". Way too confusing.. Best bet? Call CO, maybe a few times, and see what they say...
