First of all I am glad that all is OK and it seemd the decision to land in THR was obviously correct. Politics don't help a crashed aircraft. I was surprised US aircraft fly over Iran and I am glad that at least that level of relations exists and I hope full relations occur down the line. I have a few Iranian friends and there are many pearls to visit in that country.

Agree or not with current US policies it is clear to leaders worldwide that the current administration will not accept the personal harm of civilians (of any nationality) that are guests on its aircraft. I am sure that was on the mind of Iranian leaders.
