So I'll admit that I've been traveling a lot lately, and LAX is my home airport. I've been a member of RCC since December, and have been using the T-Mobile hotspots in many of the lounges since.

The last 2 times that I've been at LAX RCC, I've looked for the T-Mobile signal, only to come up empty. I assumed that the service must be down or something.

So, today I enquired at the desk about it, and they told me that they have NEVER had T-Mobile service at LAX RCC. They also said that they would probably never get it either. When I asked why not, she said that she had no idea.

Am I insane? I could swear that I have used T-Mobile many times in that lounge, but this woman swears it's absolutely impossible, they have never had it. Can anyone else ever remember using it there? Tell me I'm not crazy...

And while we're on the subject, isn't LAX like a hub in a major city? Why would UA not put it there, especially since we pay extra to use it?
