This has been discussed before and the conclusion seemed to be that precisely because Canada it's now considered international, 1Ps can access the RCC when flying to Canada from the US (1Ps as *Gs have the benefit of lounge access on international flights, the exception is for UA/US *Gs on domestic itineraries). Am I missing something? . That wasn't even my question because I was sure I was allowed to use the RCC, but now I'm confused again .
