From what I read of the S*RCC/ADMIT profile, Canada is now considered international and access is limited to all United First or United Business customers only, paid, upgraded or on award tickets. This applies to all passengers regardless of Mileage Plus status. Access is not extended to any customers travelling in United Economy regardless of status.

Star Gold customers of other Star Alliance airlines are permitted access when travelling in any class of service.
