jan_az, 1Ps have access to RCCs on international flights (even for the domestic connections if part of an international itinerary) and Canada is now considered international for this. I can confirm this is the case (not for Canada specifically) because I've used the RCCs on int'l saver awards several times.

My question was if it was enough to have a departure management card (even if it's 14 hours before my confirmed flight).
