That was an ASA flight
What is even more incredible is that was not even a Delta flight. The direct flight from ATL to AVP is a "Delta Connection" operated by ASA, which has received frequent (and justifiable) brickbats in this forum for its shoddy service.
It is good to know that ASA has at least one employee that is willing to step up. Thanks for sharing.
